i loved heath ledger. i'm still in shock that he died this afternoon. he was so young, has a young daughter, and a great career going for him.

this afternoon audrey and i went to fred segal for lunch. we shared the pasta with veggies and this veggtiable dish with tomato sauce.. yumm.. after we ate we went to lunch we went to Japan LA and MAC.. i think sometime in the next month or so we are going to make posters and do a signing at japan LA.. more details about that coming soon..

friday misty and i went to cafe med for dinner.. had wine and pasta.. yummm.. after dinner we made a fire up at her house and sat outside for hours talking about who knows what.. her naighbors came over who are interior designers and told me they would help me redo my apartment.. im so bored with the way it looks.. i need something new.. haha

saturday i had the photoshoot at the chateau, photos from the shoot will be up soon. he gave me a dozen pink cupcakes and i dont know what to do with them.. that night annie came over. we stayed in watching movies, and then went to a friends house party in silver lake. i fell down the stairs when i came out of the bathroom.. how glamourous.. sunday was such a lazy day.. i laid around the house all day in pajamas.. had a photoshoot for the flyer of this LA weekly party audrey and i are hosting in february (it's 16 plus) so come if you live in los angeles.. after the shoot we went to dinner and saw cloverfield.. i liked the last half of the movie..

this staurday my step mom is having an art opening at her gallery..
should be fun.. the artist she is showing is really talented..



a week from today im leaving to visit a friend..

today i went to lunch with clint at fred 62's. after lunch i came home, took a bath, cleaned, and now im writing this blog.

where do i even begin.. lately my mind has been racing, and i can't seem to get it to stop. never a dull moment.. i miss the hot summers in east hampton where i would lay in this big white room, listening to the sound of the waves crashing and the music of ryan adams. los angeles.. i can't seem to find peace.. even when i have down time, it seems fake.. i need to relax.. yesterday i had a meeting at this restaurant in the valley called senour freds.. yummy mexican food. meeting went really well. after i had to come home and deal with my flooding situation. roots from the trees got in the pipes and made my bath tub and toilet flood my apartment.. what a headache.. took a few hours to fix.. once it was done i got sushi with sarah and rainbow sorbet with sprinkles.

today was spent running errands. i got my hair done and had to tell some lady off who was freaking out in the salon... long story.. some guru came up to my mom and started telling her all these things about her life. everything he said was true.. he then asked her what her lucky number was.. he put a piece of paper in her wallet.. she said her lucky number was 7 and when she opened the paper it said 7..

i just bought her cd.. i really like it..

wednesday night saratoga, audrey and i went to this place called s bar. the bar is alice and wonderland theme. it has tons of lamps that are upside down and hanging from the ceiling. and then the bathroom it has flat screens in the ceilings and they play alice in wonderland.. its amazing.. i feel like it was made for me.. its the perfect place..

my new obsession is the leopard coat i just bought by betsey johnson.
she is one of my favorite designers.. i would love to model for her.. or marc jacobs..



tonight im going to dinner with misty and then watching a movie.. maybe country for old men? i haven't seen her in ages.. its going to be great to finally hang out.. she makes this oil called taluela mae, its the best smelling oil ever created..

i just bought tons of new bubble baths from bath and body works..
i think im going to take a peppermint bubble bath and make some tea..

this weekend im shooting at the chateau marmont for the company amron experimental.. and then i have another shoot for this club that audrey and i are hosting.. we have to shoot the photos for the flyers..

going to new york city for fashion week.. im going to be in the new york couture runway show..

so here i am.. its 8:30.. im talking on aim, watching mean girls and returning emails. i just got home from dinner with my dad. we went to matsu. tonight audrey, morgan and i are going to hyde.. should be on interesting night.. im wearing big gold hoops, a gold lame tube top bra, these black shorts with suspenders, big heels and my hair messy..

anyways.. last night we went to dinner at sushi dans.. obviously.. got spicy tuna and lemon drops.. after we went to strawberrys show at the viper room.. drank dirty martinis.. after went to hustlers to look at the cakes... yumm yummm.. didnt eat any though.. driving to hyde we ran into edon. edon told us hyde was terrible so we went to this place called the bar. i danced around.. lost one of my earrings.. got to see adam for a quick second.. ended the night with food at swingers.. always a bad idea.. and falling asleep to 200 cigarettes..

i love how people from my past keep appearing..
all these guys who would never give me the time of day,
are now trying to get my number and hangout..

funny how things work out..

last night i had the meeting with jonathon and audrey about our mtv project. the meeting went really well.. can't wait to see the end results.. after the meeting trace came over and we watched serendipity. i bought some green tea pom tea and i cant open the bottle.. dramatic.. charles is amazing.. he stopped by during our meeting and let me know i have a clean bathroom.. i just woke up.. im still in pajamas.. a kid dangerous kiss shirt and paul frank undies.. im lazy..

today i have a doctor appt. at 1.. just a yearly checkup.. hate the doctor..

this weekend im shooting at the chateau marmont for this company called amron experimental.. they make weird household objects.. should be an interesting day.. i need to go buy a new cover for my phone because all the charms ripped mine in half..

i have decided to start banning certain places in los angeles, which i always seem to go to, even though i hate it. on the list i have places like le deux, goa, area, sushi dans and toi thai.. the only place on the list im pretty sure i will keep going to is sushi dans.. even though the service is terrible, and i dont like their spicy tuna.. they have a good lemon drop martini.. haha! we went to sushi dans about three nights ago and i threw mochi across the room and spilled a lemon drop all over myself.

about a week ago i went to the guitar center drum off with my friend ray.. it was pretty cool. angels and airwaves headlined and street drum core opened.. friday night i went to the andy warhol, dead at 21 exhibit in hollywood. all the walls were covered in tinfoil and all these different artist did paintings and sculptures inspired by andy warhol.

yesterday i went to the kid dangerous sample sale party in silver lake. thats the company who made the shirt with my face on it and im wearing a grill. at the party i got a few free shirts and sat in the stair way. everyone was pissed because i was in the way.. but i didnt feel like moving.. haha! after we went to traces video shoot.. i flipped my hair in the bubbles.. went to kabukiiii for dinner.. yummm.. got one of everything that was vegetarian.. ahahahaha ended the night with reggae music at the roxy and a dramatic ending..

today i have another meeting.. around 7.. hopefully all goes well.. this morning i went to lunch with my mom at the news room and then went to betsey johnson and got a leopard coat.. i love it!! just got my nails done.. decided to get red instead of black.. switching things up for a change.. went to the grocery store.. bought tons of drinks and barely any food.. as usual...

i think i'm getting sick again.. what a surprise.. its the second week of the new year and i already have so much going on.. yesterday i met with my new lawyer to go over a few contracts and future business.. i'm signing with CAA.. which is one of the top agencies.. and they will also help me find the perfect publicist for me.. after the meeting i had another meeting at kings road cafe with audrey and jonathon.. we talked about future projects.. big in 08.. its my slogan for the year.. and i think its going to fit in just right..

last night a few of us went to saddle ranch for drinks.. i rode the bull and drank something called a mai thai.. after saddle ranch i went dancing on the tables at hyde.. i was wearing a top hat, pink scarf, and giant chunky heels.. i have this headache and it wont go away.. ahhhhh!

today i had a meeting with audrey and jen from buzznet. we talked about more future projects.. i had risotto and a diet coke with lemon.. after lunch we went vintage shopping at the store slow where i got some plaid flannel shirts, a brown fur vest and a little black fur jacket. we ran into shea. she was shooting some tattoo show and the guy asked me if i wanted to drive around with them for a month and be the shop girl.. which is basically their bitch.. NO THANKS!!!

anyways.. tomorrow.. shooting with klariza in the morning.. i need a car wash! this weekend audrey and i are going to the kid dangerous sample sale, art opening at monkey king.. and then another meeting sunday morning..

maybe teddys tonight?? hmm...

hello friday. the weekend is finally here.. i cant tell the difference between weekends and week days. its all the same. this morning i had coffee at my moms house. we had a two hour conversation which felt like only 10 minutes..

yesterday morning i celebrated christmas with my mom and brother marlon.. yes i know we are a few weeks late, but i guess thats how we do it in the merjos family.. nothing is ever normal.. after present opening annie, audrey and i went to the murakami art show downtown at moca. it was beautiful.. i loved all of it.. in the gift store i bought a strawberry ramune soda and a grey shirt with a crazy bunny on it.. the shirt was designed by the artist nara.. another great japanese artist.. art art art









today i want to go to sawtelle street and eat hot noodles and shop at giant robot.. i need to go grocery shopping..

i dont have cable in my bedroom, just in the living room.. i just watch dvds 24/7.. i dont like sitting in my living room.. its too cold..

millions of meetings next week.. sunday im going to the melrose and fairfax swat meet.. i want to find a vintage table cloth for my kitchen table..

my hands and feet are all cut up.. im a walking disaster..

well well well.. new years is over and its the first day of the new year. last night ali, audrey, morgan, nick and i all went to el compadre for some dinner and margaritas.. i got the peach flavor. after dinner we went to jacks new years party where we drank patrone with red bull, and some girl told us we looked like ice cream.. i was wearing my burberry hells, a long sleeve black button down dress, leather coat, black fur and necklaces. after jacks we went to hyde where morgan stole champagne from charles theron and asked her to take a photo for her.. ahahaha.. the bar tender refused to make birthday cake shots, so we just complained until we got one.. what a dick!! hyde was covered in silver and gold balloons.. i felt like i was in a bad movie.. 200 cigarettes.. the countdown went on, we drank our champagne and danced to some classic hits..

hyde was followed by after hours with cameron.. we didnt know which gate.. the directions was all wrong.. on hilarious barmitzah photo and some leopard carpet stairs.. what a night.. what a night.. it was epic, and i dont think i would want it any other way.. finished my night by wearing a leopard pajamas set and watching sid and nancy.. i love it..


























to start off the new year i woke up at 10 and went hiking with audrey and morgan.. pita pit for lunch.. yumm

tonight i was to get take out, take a jacuzzi and watch the movie once.. i want an early night, im exhausted..
