jealousy drives people to try and drag others down. pointing out things they wish they had and turning them into flaws. i wish some people could just be content with their own lives and who they are, rather than obsessing over others. i am sick of people trying to turn my life into a negative because they can't seem to be satisfied with their own life. life is too short. you take what you can get, and work with it. worry about what you are doing and not everyone around you. if you start to be consumed with what everyone around you is doing, then that is what is going to drag you down.



yesterday lucy and i met up in the morning for some hiking up runyon. i haven't been in along time, so it's going to take a few weeks to get back in the routine. once we were done we made our way to sushi where we shared some cucumber octopus salad and spicy tuna rolls. lucy gave me two giant boxes of redbull. i have enough redbull to get all if hollywood awake. in the afternoon i shot with inno lotus.. the photos looked amazing! i can't wait to see how they turn out. anna rose did my hair and makeup, i loved it so much. after the shot a few friends came over and we watched the new gossip girl and ate. lately i haven't been able to sleep, my insomnia is kicking back in.





this morning tanjee and i are meeting for coffee and then i have a meeting. i am so tired, but i know all the hard work is going to pay off in the end. later today a few friends and i are going to CT nails for some airbrush fun. lately i have realized what a good group of friends i have and how lucky i am to of found them. it is so hard to make good friends who you can trust, esspecially in los angeles. i have the greatest friends in the world and i wouldn't trade that for anything. only one more week till my boy gets home, i can't wait. long distant travels are the worst. sunday i am going to disneyland, i can't wait. i haven't gone to disneyland in forever, so i am ready for some ride action.

you never know how much you care about something, until it is gone. this weekend has been great. friday robyn and i started our day with the fred segal sale. i got a light grey button down sweater and a comfy stripe shirt. after shopping i went to buzznet to film a playlist and pick out the winners for the cupcake meet&greet party. while i was there jen and i put all my tear sheets together for my look book, i can't wait to see how it turns out. at night we went dancing, got to see dj frankie and drank milk shakes at mels.









yesterday we had a girls day. robyn, lucy and i went to the grove. i got bowie the cutest cheese burger toy, he loves it. we ate at the farmers market and lucy got wine in a coffee cup.. so classic.. after eating we saw the movie my best friends girlfriend.. it was so cute. i usually dont like movies like that, but i loved it. i suggest you go see it. once we left the grove we did a quick stop at the wholefoods near by and stoked up on some cottage cheese with pineapple. this morning my mom gave me the new sex and the city dvd, so tonight it going to be a movie night. maybe some chinese take out? hmm...





i just got home from the beverly hills hotel with robyn. we had brunch by the pool. tomorrow i am shooting with inno lotus. we are doing a sixties style shoot, i can't wait to see how it turns out.

it is thursday afternoon in sunny los angeles. i just got home from sushi with my dad and grocery shopping at ralphs. my two addictions at the moment are cottage cheese with pineapple and hot&sour soup.. i can't get enough! this morning my boy left, i'm already missing him. tonight lauren and i are meeting up for some coffee, and then i'm going to take it easy by having a movie night at home. tomorrow roybn and i are going to the fred segal sale and vintage shopping on melrose.. hopefully i'll get some good finds! after shopping i am going to buzznet to film some new playlists and pick winners for the cupcake party contest. i am finishing putting my modeling book together, i can't wait for it to be done!





monday i am shooting with inno lotus. we are doing a sixties style shoot.. very edie sedgwick.. its going to be amazing.. tuesday dirk and i are shooting and thursday i have a catalog shoot. friday is the cupcake meet&greet party and it's also marlon's birthday party.. i can't decide what to get him.. he is going to be 14.. any suggestions?



i'm ready for the heat to go away, so i can throw on a heavy jacket and start wearing more layers! i love fall, the fashion is the best. right now i am laying in bed, waiting for my laundry to be done and watching marie antoinette. i can't wait for nick and nora's playlist to come out.. are you going to see it? i love michael cera.

sorry about my lack of updating, i have had a busy week, and not a ton of time to get on a computer. this week i promise there will be more updating! i just got home a few minutes ago.. my room is a mess.. i need to clean. this week i had another meeting and i should have the results sometime next week, so keep your fingers crossed! thank you to everyone who has entered the contest for the buzznet meet&greet cupcake party. this coming week i have a few photoshoots lined up, so expect tons of new photos. halloween is only a few weeks away.. i am thinking of getting a marie antoinette theme outfit.. tons of ruffles, bows and my hair done up in big curls.. i think it could be cute.. i got bowie a pumpkin outfit for halloween, he is going to look adorable!





i can't wait for october so i can eat candy corns and carve pumpkins.. i love going to pumpkin patches. tuesday, jen and i are going to this video game release party.. im not really a big fan of video games, but i think it will be fun!

sorry i haven't been updating much, i just got back to town today. i have been in canada for the past week and forgot to bring my laptop.. the trip was great! besides all the rain and gloomy weather.. usually i love the rain, but i didnt exactly pack the best wardrobe for the occasion. while i was away i went all over from calgary to montreal and everything in between! montreal was my favorite, what a great city! it reminded me a lot of new york. flew all day and got home around 930. boone picked me up from the airport. we spent the night eating soup, dying my hair and watching the new gossip girl. i dyed my hair a shade darker.. it looks the same just a little more brown, instead of the red. anywaysssssss... before i left for canada jen and i went to the vmas gifting sweats presents by gibson guitar.. lets just say they were a little disappointing and i think i could do without an ed hardy watch in my life! after browsing around i did interviews in the gibson bus and then a little shopping trip at sophora!



word on the street is that my favorite boutique is opening in the big apple! looks like a trip to nyc is going to be needed soon.. topshop is finally opening a store in the states! i can't wait. hopefully the merge over to los angeles too.. so great..



this week is going to be busy! i have lots of catching up to do. meeting at mtv, several shoots and the launching of my website.. its still in production but its going to have tons of clothes and accessories so get ready! tons of vintage one of a kind pieces i think you're going to love! tomorrow is going to be a maintenance day.. manicure, pedicure, laundry, meeting, and sushiiiiii i miss it!!! haha.

goodnight. it is almost one and i am exhausted. robyn and i have been eating hot&sour soup all night and watching gossip girl. this morning my mom and i had brunch at the beverly hills hotel and then i ran a few errands. tomorrow is going to be busy, busy isnt always so bad. 3 more days till my boy gets here, i can't wait to see him. days feel like weeks sometimes. i have yoga in the morning, a great way to wake up and really start your day.
